 Initial Nutrition Assessments

- Includes a comprehensive intake, goal setting and customized plan. Initial nutrition appointments are 60 minutes.

  Follow-up Nutrition Counseling

Follow-up appointments offer additional support, plan modification, and a discussion on goal progression. Follow-up appointments range from 15-60 minutes, depending on your needs. 

Pantry Overhaul

Preparing and enjoying healthful, delicious meals start with high-quality, wholesome ingredients. A pantry overhaul & education hour will assist you in creating a healthy home food environment. May be combined with grocery store tour

Grocery Store Tour 

Grocery store tours are helpful as a follow-up to a pantry overhaul to find acceptable alternatives to some foods that may have been removed. We will guide you through the aisles of the grocery store to help make sense of confusing marketing messages and labels. Grocery store tours can also be a starting point for what to look for when you are shopping for food - how to read labels, shop in season or how to navigate the bulk foods aisle.

Nutrition Counseling

As a Board Certified Holistic Nutritionist, I will work with you on a customized plan that helps you develop healthy eating habits to reach your nutrition goals.  I do not have a one size fits all approach and I will work with you to find foods that are supportive and delicious, all while fitting in your busy schedule.  My general philosophy is to focus on a whole foods, plant-heavy diet and to minimize the intake of processed foods.  I will support you with recipes, tips, cooking lessons, and/or complete meals. We can meet in person, by phone, or through video-conferencing - whatever works best for you.
